Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new tier's features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does the site build payment work?
We split the $999 build fee into two milestone payments. You pay a $499.50 deposit to start your build, then the remaining $499.50 plus your first monthly fee when you approve your site and take it live. Choose annual billing and the build fee is waived entirely.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Monthly plans have no long-term commitment — you can cancel anytime with 14 days' notice. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year and include the benefit of waived setup fees and reduced monthly rates.
What happens after I pick a plan?
After you choose your plan, we'll schedule a quick kickoff call to understand your business. Then we get to work. Most sites are live within days, not weeks.
Do you offer refunds?
Setup fees and deposits are non-refundable. For subscription fees, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If we can't deliver what we promised, we'll make it right.
What if I need something not listed here?
We're flexible. If you need custom integrations, e-commerce functionality, or something beyond our standard plans, reach out and we'll put together a custom proposal.
